I don't like it because my soul and my mind don't match my age and I'm afraid there will be time that there will be too much difference between them. Moreover I like the way I look now and I want to stay at that age......I don't want to get older because I won't be that active, healthy and crazy:)
just keeping your face clean with one product is the best result but if your using chemicals after chemicals is bad for your face..
Estee Lauder is good. If you like it then there's no reason to change. However, anti-aging is a multi-faceted thing. It starts with good health by not smoking, very little alcohol if any, exercise, eating good food, etc. I have found that if you abuse your body within, that no anti aging formula is going to make up for it on the outside.
So, with that said, fighting free-radical damage in the skin with Vitamins A,E, and C are good starters. Vitamin A in the form of Retinoic Acid, Vitamin C serums, and creams laced with Vitamin E have confirmed that they do help slow down the aging of the skin.
If you are using any high end skin product with vitamins in it, good moisture binding ingredients, and are doing routine exfoliating, you should be getting more than adequate pampering for your skin.
It's never too early. The most important thing is sunscreen!
Sun damage starts when you are exposed to the sun which is usually when you are a baby unless you've never been outside since.
Don't listen to the comments that wrinkles start when your 30+, because once they start it's too late and it means you haven't been taking care of yourself! You'll thank me when you're 35 and wrinkle free!
30+
or when you start seeing the first signs of wrinkles i guess.
you are 21. you should not worry about that. just continue taking care of your skin by cleaning it, avoiding foundation that clogs your pores, and using your sunscreen. enjoy your youthful skin good luck! :-)
All of the above are going to give some measure of help. Skin care is the most important.
One of main causes of skin tiredness/skin aging is a result of what we put on the face. So many products contain harmful, skin irritating, skin aging even toxic ingredients. Shampoos are even more harmful and they get on facial skin. Where you can, avoid commercial products use natural, safe ones. Do a Google search for non harmful face cleansers, shampoos, etc. Too frequent and too thorough face cleaning removes essential natural oils and harms skin. A wonderful treatment to counteract aging is to massage thoroughly using an essential oil - rosewood, lavender, clove are very beneficial in many ways. They feed skin essential nutrients that nurture it and ward off aging and they are perfect moisturizers - you will need no other. They keep skin young looking and healthy. Massage thoroughly into skin each day and you will quickly see the results - even on the first day. Skin will tighten and develop a healthy glow. It's best to make the massage very thorough. Don't be afraid to do that. To do it, you tighten face muscles in area being massaged which in turn tightens the skin so there is no pulling or stressing of the skin. It exercises and conditions all face (and some neck) muscles thus combating face muscle weakening (which results in sagging ) whilst skin is being firmed, made smoother and toned by massage. This is an excellent way to revitalize and to rejuvenate entire face. If you focus massage on wrinkles, fine lines, crows feet, frown lines (again making sure you tighten skin) and massage them over and over in a week you will see clear diminishing. And it will help prevent others forming.
See my many Best Answers (skin conditions, skin aging, wrinkles, lines, etc.). I give very precise info on how best to massage. Some have glowing reports from users. If you cannot find, email me and I will gladly email you the full instructions.Treatment has helped some users regain a considerably younger and healthier skin. And I have emails from happy users. To avoid skin harm by sunscreens first apply oils and do not remove and apply screen on top. It is as equally protective. I often hike in intense Mexican sun for hours at a time with just one application and never burn.

Fastening molding to plaster walls. Yes, you can use a stud finder. The newer electronic stud finders work well. I would also glue the molding to the plaster. Todays glues hold well.
Additional hints- You can cut the head off the finish nail and put the nail in a drill to spin the nail in. This will help keep the plaster from cracking. You can also predrill the hole with a regular drill bit.
If you are using a nail gun, the nails are thin enough and fire in fast enough that the plaster does not usually crack. These nails hold very well as the bend and twist as they go into the wood.
I have a picture molding that I installed this way in my home. I have a very heavy mirror and frame hanging from it. It holds well.
Good luck and Have fun!
Our body starts the deterioration process at the age of 25. Our cells begin to stop multiplying and the aging process begins.
My Dad used to tell me he wanted to die from old age, but I've never seen evidence of that.
I don't want to die, I want to be raptured while preaching about the second coming of Jesus!

You should do a Google Search Skin harming ingredients in skin products and you will see there are many of them in some of the most widely used and well known products. That is why many are now buying non harmful products. You can find those with another search safe, non harming skin products and refine search by adding low cost and available in stores to your search. And if you buy sunblocks higher than spf 30 they will clog pores and can result in skin irritation and so are not good to use. Spf 30 provides adequate protection if applied as frequently as recommended. Many are also using natural products like essential oils which are non harming better moisturizers than any moisturizer products. They are cheaper and beneficial to skin in many ways.. Be careful about face cleansers and shampoos which harm hair and skin. Find safe, non harming ones with a Google Search. If you research my Skin Condition Answers you will see I recommend and give detailed info of treatments using oils, the many benefits they provide and how they help prevent premature skin aging.

You don't need any of those expensive, unnatural, potentially harmful procedures and if you do an Answers Search for OTC lotions, creams, etc you will see they have been ineffective. There is a SAFE, NATURAL, low cost, remarkably effective treatment that has been chosen 5 star Best Answer. It cured my hypersensitive skin of my many skin problems permanently and gave me a flawless, blemish free, healthy skin. It also remarkably diminished wrinkles and lines and reversed skin aging. It also removes age spots and discolorations. Use an organic or pure natural oil - olive or coconut are good - regularly massage (everyday is best) with a quite strong, vigorous motion. IT'S THE KEY TO IT WORKING. Do at night as it makes face flushed. Skin clinics might tell you to only massage gently - they are wrong - in over 20 years of use it's proved to be only beneficial. Stimulation heals and hastens shedding of old skin and forces a clear, tighter one to emerge with less blemishes and diminished wrinles and lines in about 1 week, and remarkably better ones over a period of weeks. Initially, skin has to adjust if soreness, or reactions happen - stop resume when you can. Find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that will continue improving.
Try it, you will be happy that you did. If apply to entire face and neck you will not need to use any other product of any kind ever again. Skin will have a naturally healthy glow and tone and will naturally moisturise. Only unhealthy skins need all those OTC treatments. Also made me look considerably younger - I am often thought to be 15 years younger than I actually am.
The daily massaging and hair brushing are a really good workout for upper body, and much walking - 70 miles a week -take care of rest of body. Daily yoga meditation is the most beneficial of all -gives good sleep, poise, and promotes a stress free existence.

Use moisturiser every day before you go to sleep. Keep going with the sunblock, eat really fresh food so your body doesn't have to work hard to digest it (making chemicals that age you) and drink water. Also try to maintain a healthy weight.
There is so much to be gained in ageing.
As in all of life, you must give up something in order to gain something, so the balance can be the toughest thing to recognize.
You may lose some physical stamina but gain an appreciation for savoring experiences.
Your body may begin to ache, but it also learns to relax and you will find new pleasure in it as it mellows and is capable of things it couldn't do when younger because you were so impatient.
You will find many changes in your perceptions of life. You stop being as concerned about physical appearance and learn to accept and appreciate diversity in appearance.
As I age, I find physical pain is the only down side to it. I have found ways to adjust to lower energy levels and body shape shifting.
In the end, this is a perfect plan. If we were beautiful, energetic and full of the drive to thrive that younger people possess, we would never leave! As I age I find the concept of rest at the end of this life looks very attractive. I am not ready to go yet, but as my body slowly stops working as well as it did, as I find more acceptance in the processes that are taking place, and as I get nearer the end of the check list of things that I needed to accomplish, I find the idea of passing is not so bad and age is simply part of the package.
Besides, what can you do about it? Surgery, meds, vitamins, exercises, etc, will only go so far. You will still age. You can't hide it, run from it, or deal your way out of it. So eventually, to save yourself from going nuts, you will have to accept it.

A good analogy for what you have just said is your pool game. You go play pool every day, you get really good, you're hustling and having fun at the same time. But then you start to get busy and don't have time, pretty soon, your skill diminishes. Same with imagination. When you're young, you have a better imagination because you don't understand as much going on around you, so you make up things to fit it together, but as you age and learn more, imagination becomes less and less useful, therefore, less used, and finally, more blunt. Now add that to a stressful life and that can also take away from your imagination by continually making you focus on reality and not allowing you to slip away in your dreams.
But, like your pool game, it can be regained, just like pool, it takes practice: read fantasy novels, talk with younger children, and give yourself time to goof off and play some video games. Pretty soon, you'll be telling stories like when you were a kid and have a NYT best seller on your hands.
Good luck
You might want to consider a mineral makeup as mineral powder settles over lines, not into them.
I am in my forties but no one has guessed my age since using kms mineral essentials. It is a great oil absorber when teamed with the mineral veil and provides a flawless looking complexion. It contains zinc oxide which has healing properties so it is a good choice for those who have acne or rosacea. It is a pure cosmetic with built in sunscreen so you would be doing something great for your skin. Kms is not yet available in stores but you can purchase their products online.
This advice applies to people who are 40+ years old:
Anything that stimulates Human Growth Hormone (HGH) will slow the aging process. While there are HGH products available, I wouldn't recommend using them without a physician's involvement. At the very least, find out what your HGH levels are first. Your goal is to achieve HGH levels that are considered optimal for a healthy 35 year old...regardless of your own chronologic age. Levels ABOVE that norm may not be healthy, so don't get carried away.
Intense aerobic activity and anaerobic activity stimulates HGH production. Another safe do-it-yourself approach is using some combination of DHEA (less than 100 mg / day) and stacked amino acid supplementation. These are precursors to HGH. That means they provide the building blocks for the body to efficiently provide it's own HGH. The theory is that as we age, for a variety of reasons, these building blocks become depleted. This approach provides the body with what it needs and it will use what it needs and no more.
First you must find a type of red wine you enjoy drinking. There are so many varietials out there. What kinds of foods do you enjoy?
For Steak, you may want a merlot or cabernet
For Lamb, you may want a cebernet or zinfandel
For BBQ, you may want a zinfandel
For grilled chicken and/or pork perhaps a pinot
There's no right or wrong choice, wine is about preference.
There are a couple great wines out in the market place which are under $40 and have had great reviews and are good to drink now or celler for while. 2003 Whitehall Lane Cabernet has had several great reviews. But there are also sooo many others. Hartford Court also has some wonderful Zinfandels and Pinot's.
Wine tasting a big thing now... you may want to check out a site called localwineevents.com to see if there is a wine tasting event in your area to gather the information you need to make an informed selection.
I think antioxidants help, not sure really. Any exercise that speeds up the heart will keep you healthy. In the long run, there really is not much to slow down the aging process, per se, some peeps are just lucky in my opinion. Carrots, eat vitamins, that sort of thing.
